I tried using Aryons Dominator on one of the guild guides and made her follow me around, and even when we were in Gnisis (she can use fast travel) she could teleport me to the Vivec mages guild etc., and she would come with me, so if you used editor, you could make ring with these enchantments:

Dominate 15 lvl Humanoid - 300,000,000etc..., secs
Bound Cuirass - 300,000,000etc..., secs
Bound Boots - 300,000,000etc..., secs
Bound Helm - 300,000,000etc..., secs
Bound (weapon) - 300,000,000etc..., secs
Bound Gauntlets - 300,000,000etc..., secs
Fortify (weapon skill) 100pts - 300,000,000etc..., secs
Fortify Str, End, Agi, Int, Wil, Spd, Lck etc 100pts- 300,000,000etc..., secs

And you would be able to travel with this person, she would be fast enough to catch up with you, be able to fight well, and she would be able to take you to the other three mages guild . You can do this on anyone aswell, a stiltstrider guy etc. maybe even Vivec, but you just have to increase the 15 in "Dominate 15 lvl" to the lvl needed according to that persons lvl.

Sounds cool, but after she's fast travelled you you won't be able to have her follow you anymore will you? Or will she send herself too since she's following you?
