Looking for suggestions on a DS scout/guardian
Okay I have a currently level 4 scout but could level her up to level 7 if I wanted to but prefer to save the levels for Jedi class. This is my first time playing.
As I understand it, DS Jedi have few options to raise wisdom from items but plenty for strength. I was looking for suggestions on force powers, items and feats (if I take up Guardian from level 4 scout, I think it is 8 feats).
Her stats are 14 strength, 14 dex (16 right now with some items), 10 constitution (not bad), 16 wisdom (17 now), 12 intelligence (really want HK47 and this helped the starting repair skill) and 10 charisma (any items to raise this)? I guess if I wanted higher DC for force powers I could have raised charisma to 14 instead and kept wisdom at 14 (darn point buy) but that means less force points bonus/level and Guardians as I understand it get less already.
I have taken up critical strike, toughness (will go to at least level 2 toughness for the damage resistance) and two weapon fighting. Will probably max TWF and critical strike (so that is 4 feats already) foregoing flurry and power attack trees. If I switch from level 4 scout, what other feats are recommended? Probably level 3 implant (5th feat) as it is a waste not to take advantage of it as the scout already has access to level 2 implants and the level 2 toughness (6th feat)? I won't take conditioning as scouts already have excellent saves. So 2 feats to decide on but if you think I could do better lemme know. Does that special DS only helmet require heavy armor feat to use (it seems so in item description) and does that helmet count as armor to prevent force powers use? Should I forego the helmet and take some Jedi related feats instead (like throw lightsaber or weapon focus:lightsaber)?
What force powers are useful throughout considering the wisdom and charisma will not be as high as possible as with the light side so DC will be easier for enemies to save against your force powers. What Ds force powers will always do some effect/damage even with a save? As a Guardian, she won't get as many force points so my only recourse are to pick DS force powers taking full advantage of the less points needed for DS powers. I am thinking the tree that goes towards Insanity and Drain Life. Does the force storm work on droids as Stun droid is too expensive in force points for a DS jedi. I figure 17 force powers (2 starting ones) if I switch from level 4 scout. I think the speed tree is a given .
Hope people can help me out as I am reaching the point when I have to decide soon.

Okay that's a lot of QUESTIONS!!!Man you know you can just try stuff out. That's the best way to do everything do it yourself learn from your mistakes. With an occasional pointer here and there, but I'll answer just a couple questions. Ok for your questions about raising charisma their is no item that I know of that would raise charisma. I wouldn't worry about toughness if you have implants you don't need toughness since you were wondering about charisma instead of getting toughness get the feat that gives bonus points to persuasion and some other things it's right after the armor proficiency tree. Okay and then force powers I would recommend for the DS are Force Storm, Death Field, and Kill. Because Force Storm does major damage to all your enemies and then Death Field will definitley help you if your life is low. Also Kill helps because you can cast it on one person of an enemy party when the enemy party is running at you and then you can concentrate on the other guys while that guy is choking to death and can't do anything about it.

Thanks for being the only one replying to this thread I started a long while ago
. I already finished the build and now know better. Charisma increases force points and DC so I should have increased it and set wisdom to 14 to take advantage of point buy limits and Intelligence does not help except when you have them in increments of 4 like Intelligence 14 and 18 so I should have adjusted her stats to allow for them.
As a darksider, Persuade was useless. I just used Dominate mind and Force persuaded for as many dark side points as I could get.
Still had no problem at the end game, the bad guy cried like a baby being whacked for 50 to 60 points of damage per hit while he could barely do anything with verpine prototype shields activated. Death field was useful against the enemy backup batteries LOL and throughout the course of the game. Didn't take Kill though, I mean a guardian even a level 16 one only has so many force power they can pick.

Yeah, just keep posting.
Since that build, I also finished a LS scout4/consular and still couldn't get all the powers I wanted. She had to rely on her lightsaber to get thru the final battle though. But using Carth and Canderous to get there, wow, those duo were a powerhouse. Low maintenance too. I am pretty sure I would not have done as well if it were an all Jedi team. The guys just shrugged off the drain life attacks from enemy jedi. Sure they got slowed every now and then but enemy still wind up dead (they also squealed getting hit with Ajunta Pall's blade and the Baragwin assault blades). Neither of them lost more than a quarter of their vitality points at any given time while my consular just kept casting Master Valor, Force Wave and Heal.
EDIT:
Congrats, you just made Exalted member

Sounds like a good combo I take it you put them with the swords? Nice thinking. Well I got through with an all jedi team really easily, but I was a Scoundrel/Consular man was it fun! I love it how I could use force wave like 15-20 times before I ran out of force power then when I was out their was such a miniscule amount of enemies left that it didn't really matter how powerful my lightsabers were. Thanks! I guess maybe you have to write like 50 something replys to become an exalted member.

Scout/consular is better since they get implants for free. I never even really needed the scoundrel sneak attacks to do damage. Implants mean being able to interchange feats when appropriate (boost a stat, regenerate, gain immunity).
And as stated, scouts are the best class to freeze levelling at a low level before going Jedi. Scoundrel benefits are not appreciated unless getting up to level 7 or 8.
