What sex do you prefer playing the game as? I chose female because they seem more intellectual and stern when they become powerful, rather than fat, perverted and gross men (thinking Crassius)...also, women look better in any outfit than men! ;) :p  ...what do you think?

EDIT: I noticed I spelt "poll" wrong in the title...sorry!

i enjoy roleplaying different characters a lot in morrowind. i have frail and power hungry bald male mages, butch and rugged fighters. like the nord i made purely to use on solstheim.
my best character is a female knight, with dubious morals.
but recently i got the rhedds head mod and i started playing for a bit as a cute little wood elf fighter mage.
i think i might have more male characters than female, but i do try and balance it

Some attributes are different for male/female.

I know, but what I meant was that do you prefer playing the game, without reference of the attributes. ;)

I've never played the game with a female character! AH! I was going to start a new one with a girl, but I forgot and made another guy. I'm an idiot. Oh well. I'll start a new one sometime with a girl.

I haven't played a female character yet and I'm not interested in changing it. There's not much difference anyway and I wouldn't feel man enough...like a p*ssy, you nah'mean?

Man. Why? I don't feel like playing an RPG without a ballsack.

'nuff said.

It all depends on what kind of character I invent. My first pc was a male because he sort of resembles me (in a MW kind of way). Next time I'm thinking of playing a female, kind of an arrogant kind of mage type. Haughty face, hair in a knot.
However, in MW it doesn't make that much of a difference, not as much as in, say, Baldur's Gate.

Perhaps next time lifeishell91, you might change the wording from "which sex is better" to "which sex do you prefer". Some people may interpret "better" as a kind of sexist remark... which I'm sure you didn't intend.

Well I guess I'd prefer to play male, me being a guy and all. You said which sex is better, though and the sexs aren't better then one another in the game. Only diff is appearance I guess.

Though i find it odd that female has been marked more then male above. Odd... but not surprising.
I kill two dwarves in the morning, I kill two dwarves at night. I kill two dwarves in the afternoon, and then I feel alright. I kill two dwarves in time of peace and two in time of war. I kill two dwarves before I kill two dwarves, and then I kill two more.
I may be bad, but I feel good.

I usually play all RPG's as women. I think it's becasue I'm a woman. However, sometimes we get nice perks (like getting out of killing someone by flirting with them (see: Neverwinter Nights)).

lol! ditto here :D Though I usually create characters somewhat similar to who I am in RL anyway, so it's probably par for the course ;)

Actually those flirt options remind me a lot of going through Customs. I usually make sure I pick a male customs agent and smile sweetly at him while carrying well beyond my allowable alcohol limit in my luggage... Works every time... :p
