rings are easy
Finding exquisite rings and amulets is not so hard, you pick them up as you truck around. Much harder to find is something like an exquisite belt. I found a couple, but they are not common.

The head of the guild asked a new prospect to descibe himself in as few words as possible. The prospect made it in one, "Concise".

Check out the manors in Ald-Ruhn in the Manor District. I was just in there last night and there were tons of exquisite rings/extravagant things. I mean, tons... Shoes, shirts, robes, belts, amulets, everything.
I'm an xboxer.

I've found that the fine clothiers dont have the good amulets and rings in their bartering screen, but if you kill them and loot around their house you should find a few...
I've also found about 20 hilleru amulets inside the giant shell in ald ruhn in the various mannor bedrooms....What I need help finding is a good set of gloves.
Also is there any items that have a higher enchant ratings then 120, I want to have a CE summon dremora but it costs 275 enchantment

try the daedric tower shield. heavy i know, but its got a very high enchantment rate. the highest i know of
dunno if its quite enough for your dremora
though i bet that would be useless
i have a ring for CE summon clannfear, and one for CE summon fire elemental
they are both crap against good enemies so i dont bother with them. they are fun to have though

I've never seen the person sell exquisite rings before. Maybe one, but she hasn't sold any since. Look around though, often weapon shops and clothing shops will have better stuff hidden then what they're selling. Armorer in Balmora has orc stuff not two feet from him. He's holding out on me.
I kill two dwarves in the morning, I kill two dwarves at night. I kill two dwarves in the afternoon, and then I feel alright. I kill two dwarves in time of peace and two in time of war. I kill two dwarves before I kill two dwarves, and then I kill two more.
I may be bad, but I feel good.
