I still say go with critical strike as long as you build your lightsabers to your advantage. Using Nextor and Opila on one then Upari and Solari on your other you will have a really good combo of lightsabers especially for master critical strike you'll get major hits.
I'd go with two lightsabers mainly because your delivering more damage because instead of just have 2 power crystals you'll be having 4; so like I mentioned above nextor+opila and upari+solari. You'll be really good against dark jedi and with critical hits if you do that.

Oh, I didn't know that sorry. lol. Hmmm new combo well you could go with flurry I mean it can be just as good as critical strike. I've had them both as I said before. Just go with flurry to try it out since you want something new and figure out a good crystal combo for it because I've never really figured a really good one out for flurry attacks. Maybe Jeremiah knows a really good one for flurry.
Some good ones are Sapith+Opila, 8-22 energy damage/ Attack Modifier +3, Sapith+Krayt Dragon Pearl, 7-21 energy damage/ Attack Modifier +5

When I went scout consular, I rarely had to use the lightsaber. Just force wave and destroy droid (should have taken stasis to counter mind affect immune enemies though) and let my NPCs do the hacking. When the character had to use the lightsaber, that is when I really wanted that character to have a high to hit chance than more number of attacks so I went with duelling instead of two weapon fighting.
The best crystals don't come until very late in the game so for a high strength character that is going dual wielding (avoid with a high dexterity), I would just go with Bacca's ceremonial blade or better yet the Baragwin assault blade (PC or download with xbox live) dual wield with a short lightsaber (to deflect blaster shots etc and if a Guardian to force jump). The keenness and high damage of the Baragwin blades are not matched until you get the special Yavin crystals (again PC or Xbox live download). I mean even Sapith and upari are not even obtained until way/way/late unless you want to use the createitem cheat.

Ya that's true about sapith and upari being obtained late in the game, but you don't really need them otherwise earlier on in the game. I mean if you go with critical strike you can obtain nextor and opila right after Dantooine if you go to the right planets. The with your other lightsaber Jenruax+Krayt Dragon Pearl is always a good strong combo, until you get solari and upari, I mean 7-21 energy damage/Attack modifier +3 isn't bad that's quite good especially early in the game and into middle of the game. And, yes that when you have to use your lightsaber you want to have a high chance of hitting them, but you practically never have to use it is the point. Plus when you do have to use it you have usually used up all your force points and your enemy is close to death. If you do use it you also want to deliver a high damage blow that's why critical strike is good to go with, but anyways we could probably argue this for a while. I just say flurry and critical strike are both good to go with as long as you build your character to use that attack well as well as their lightsabers.

I would put wisdom as 14 since you can always enhance your wisdom a lot by the end. On my consular game my wisdom at the end was at like 26. If I were you I would put 14 in Intelligence, Charisma, Wisdom, and dexterity because you want to have a lot of skill points to use to make your character. I would put Constitution as 10 and Strength as 12. On my skills I put everything full into treat injury, awareness, computer use, and repair. 20 pts. total.

mm... im still on taris...
lvl4 scout....
its weird i have 16 dex and 12 str...
i cant hit a single target with flurry
but critical strike works fine...
i have lvl1 of each, lvl1 2 wep, lvl1 melee
anyway.. im not use to this form of playing... i have a lvl up ready, but i want to stop my scout at lvl 4.. i simply dont touch it at all? i leave it there, and when i become jedi i use my lvl ups? whats the point of this expet the fact that u get more lvl up as a jedi, hence u'll have more jedi power points to put.. thats the only thing?

I guess that's what happens I barely started a new game yesterday as a scout to try it out as a scout/consular and I'm at lvl 4 taris with critical and flurry. I use critical more often because it usually does more damage, but it seems like my flurry keeps on missing a lot when I use it. I suppose when you just stay at lvl 4 you just get more force points, force powers, and thats about it I would think when you become a jedi...It kind of bugs me, staying at lvl 4, because I usually have master critical strike by the time I get to Dantooine and improved two-weapon fighting. So I just zoom through Taris, but as a lvl 4 Scout seems a bit more difficult because I'm not use to this type of playing.

The reason Flurry misses and Critical Strike hits is because Critical Strike (-5) only reduces AC, whilst Flurry (-4, -4) reduces both attack rolls and AC. Since you only have Two Weapon Fighting your BAB will suffer a penalty of -10, -10 (giving -6 to hit (which takes into account your strength)).
"Heya! Have you been to Baldur's Gate? I've been to Baldur's Gate... Oops, stepped into something. Have you stepped into something?"
I usually leave two weapon fighting until later when the PC has a better Attack bonus if you are freezing the levels should you use flurry for that reason. Heck, even Zaalbar gets way too big a penalty with two weapon fighting if using flurry when you first get him (I don't think he starts out with any TWF feat actually) that is not offset by his great strength. Choosing between regular two weapon fighting and flurry with one weapon for him, I would go one weapon flurry until you max out an attack tree anyway.

Depends. It has been generally agreed that flurry gets less attractive the more attacks you can make with TWF and Master speed as compared to Power Attack and Critical strike.
If you don't mind getting hit or making sure that the bad guys are stasised/stunned before attacking then critical strike and master speed is your thing. Of course by the time you get master speed going, your NPCs might have mopped up the disabled enemies anyway LOL. Be sure to keep track of your feats to ensure you have enough as a consular to get what you want and level 3 implants.

i know this is not a build but these are the two best saber combos you can get
1st Saber: Mantle of the Force + Solari + Damind on a 2-16 saber = 6-37 Energy vs. Dark Side, 4-25 vs. everything else, +5 to Attack, and the amazing +2 Force Point Regeneration (which I now believe is bugged to have sadly no effect, and otherwise would be very noticeable). You may also add the Rubat instead depending on what class you play. Guardians may wish to add the Rubat for +3 Regen, but Consulars, with their already high force point total, might be better off opting for the added attack and energy of the Damind.
2nd Saber: Heart of the Guardian + Krayt Dragon Pearl + Upari with 2-12 base damage = 5-32 Energy Damage, with the heat-seeking +7 to attack.
you have to get mantle and heart on yavin, you can only get them once you have seen all the star maps
