Exquisite Rings... where are they?

I haven't looked too hard, but I've only found about 4 of them. I need 10 to create the artifact set I’m making. Does anyone know where to find a lot of them?

I don't know of any kind of stash, but I did find a couple at the clothier on Tel Branora, or was it Tel Fyr ??? Anyway, try all those settlements on the East Coast dominated by the Telvanni, they seem to have more exquisite items.

Check in the Ald Ruhn Manors. I was just in there and found tons of 'em. Easy taking, too.

Amulets also work you know, I assume you want CE items... Amulets will do just fine.
