Truth be told, I had though about him first but Bondari had sounded more likely after thinking a little bit because the eye thingies Lycanth creates are not really his friends but more like his pets.

Its some silly Bhaalspawn you find in the Marching Mountains, somewhere in the northwestern quarter of the map. He has the sprite of a rabbit and has a varied bunch of non-human companions. They attack you and run away when they're almost going to be wiped out. Or at least, thats what they did when I got to them.
