Define "Spoilers" (Note: this is not a spoiler)

define spoiler. I describe it as a walk-through or something. what is and is not a spoiler?

a spoiler is something that a person brand new to the game would not know. A spoiler could also be a major plot twist, or revealing somthing major in the plot... I guess telling the location of an item is a spoiler kind of but not really....

I'd say the way to define it is something in a post that gives away a plot twist, occurence, event etc in a game that might "spoil" someones first time thru the game by revealing something that they would rather have found out by just playing thru the game.

It's kind of irritating to some people to be reading a thread looking for an answer to a specific question only to find the ending of the game given away in a post or such.

okay, thanks. i was reading a few posts and wondered why people were getting mad and blaming them of "spoiling"
