yeah, I'm having some trouble with the 'Fighters Guild Quests'
on quest #3 or 4 ( the one where you have to collect 200 gold in debt money from a lady ) I can't get her to give me the money! How can I get it from her? Do I have to persuade her? or do something else

(( if anyone else if having trouble with some quests you can post questions here ))
You have to get her disposition high enough, persuasion is one way, Bug Musk is another, finally a spell or enchanted item of somekind that fortifies your personality, or charms the target will work.
If you are Imperial, use Voice of the Emperor.

Try the outfitters in Suran or Balmora. I believe I saw some for sale there. Why do you want to collect the debt money? Are you playing an evil character? Perhaps you should make a trip to Ald'ruhn and talk to the head of the fighters guild there. His name is Percius Mercius. He can fill you in on whats going on - seems there are some serious problems within the leadership of the Fighters Guild and you may want to question some of the quests certain leaders assign to you. You didn't kill Tongue Toad already, I hope.

...Or you could just kill her. I did that with my first or second character and I don't think I even got "reported". 'Course, I think I had to kill that dumb naked khajjit next to her, but I think that's because I accidentally punched her. Whoops. Anyways, you can get Telvanni Bug Musk from the lady in Fort Moonmoth near Balmora. (She's on the left right when you walk in the door.)
I'm an xboxer.

I never took the time to stop and realize that death takes many forms... even while alive.

Yeah, great advice - and very clever too. Only when you later find out that the leaders of the Vivic fighters guild work for the Commona Tong you feel like a total jackass for killing a bunch of innocent people because you didn't have the sense to question the motives behind the quests or have the wherewithall to figure out you were being had.
