i dont believe
i do device for kill unseeing eye i walk there but it didnt appear
its a bug
what can i dooo please help me

Umm..

A little clearer description of your problem might help.

You said: "i do device for kill unseeing eye" Do you actually have the completed rift device? Did you try reloading?

I'm guessing "i walk there" means you entered the Unseeing Eye's lair - did you clear the lair already?

Anyway, I'm guessing that you completed the rift device and the Unseeing eye failed to spawn. I'm not sure why that would happen, I'm afraid, and you may just have to try reloading your last save.

as you can see in the map there are two enterance to the unseeing eye's lair.One of them is at the bottom of the map.
Just go to there and it will appear.I think you were just looking for him at the wrong place...
