I DOWNLOADED SKINS AND I CAN'T GET THEM TO WORK!!!! I DOWNLOADED THEM FROM THE RHEDDS HEADS WEBSITE IN THE MORROWIND YELLOW PAGES ON THIS SITE!!! WHAT DO I DO!!!!!

calm down first...

read the readme files that came with them?
you have to extract the zips (using folders ticked) to morrowind/data/
then when you run morrowind, and that splash screen comes up. click data files instead of play, and tick off all the Rhedds heads ones
then play, start a new character and you should be able to use the other skins

Did you post this after a spoke with you on msn? But al the plugin stuf is pretty cool, just got it working yesterday. Do you guys know some good mods I should certanly have, I dont got Tribunal YET so they have to be normal mods that will work on Morrowind without expansions.
