in that two handed sword's description it appears that it is only usable by ''anti-paladins''.

You can't have an AntiPal. in the normal game, but you should be able to use it if you install the Antipaladin kit, found in the tactics mod.

Other options
A thief with UAI can use it (though with no skill
) - a fighter/thief dual or multi can use it very effectively when they're in straight melee mode.
