Azura's shrine (spoilers)

Post by Fer'or »

Because at the moment I'm treasure hunting and I wanted to get the Azura's star, I went to Azura's shrine.
So I talked to the statue and I got the quest added to my journal.
After that I traveled to Dagon Fel and to the house of the hermit-woman. But there weren't any daedra that I should kill, not even Staada. I could also enter the hermit's home without getting any messages that the quest failed. Any ideas what I could do to get Azura's star?

you have to do the main quest in the proper order to get the quest to get Azura's Star. Its not something you will just find laying around.
Never look back when your running.

The deadras are not near the hermit they are spread all around that island so look around. I did this quest before finishing the main quest btw, but I don't think that this has anything to do with the main quest.

It has absolutely nothing to do with the main quest. You should see daedra wandering all over the place. Are you certain you're on the right island?
There's nothing a little poison couldn't cure...

What happened here was the gradual habituation of the people, ... to receiving decisions deliberated in secret; to believing that the situation was so complicated that the government had to act on information which the people could not understand, or so dangerous that, even if he people could understand it, it could not be released because of national security.

When you reach the island, DON`T enter to the hut!!!!! Just find and kill all daedra and go back to Azura.

No. The hut is called Rayna Drolan's shack. You're on the wrong island. Take a look at the paper map. Notice there is an island almost due north of Dagon Fel. The island west of that is the island you're looking for.

I was once looking for the shack as well and I ended up in Big Head's Hut. He seems to be an Arognian Spear collector, and he has a fork that drains your own health and is worth 1gp. It is actually a weapon. Incredible strange.
If pro is the opposite of con, is Congress the opposite of progress? - Thanks to Blake for the avatar! :)

its involved in one of the daedric shrine quests. this one is from Sheogorath, you get it from a daedric shrine in the sewer works of the vivec foreign quarter i think. the crazy mad god asks you to kill a giant bull netch using the mighty (heh) fork of horripilation. its hard, but you can poison the bull netch and then equip the fork while its dying. you get the spear of bitter mercy if you succeed.

Daedric shrine in Vivec, huh? Wow... Didn't know that one...

That sounds like a fun mission. I'm going to have to do that next... :)
