SPOILERS
This happened when I killed the Mandalorians near the temple (Star forge Planet, North Beach/Temple Grounds). I cast Master Speed and ran back to collect my reward from Warmaster Garm(sp?). There is a cutscene where he brings out a footlocker, and after the cutscene my Master Speed was still in effect. I get doubled foot speed and 2 extra attacks per round without having to refresh the spell.
