yeah the exquisite shirt and pants charge is 60, but all the other exquisite clothings are 40. So I guess that threw me off, but that's also the answer to my question.
I kill two dwarves in the morning, I kill two dwarves at night. I kill two dwarves in the afternoon, and then I feel alright. I kill two dwarves in time of peace and two in time of war. I kill two dwarves before I kill two dwarves, and then I kill two more.
I may be bad, but I feel good.

What could you enchant (CE) with only 60 pts though.. besides water walk?
What a wonderous love it is
To bind two souls in faith,
Chained completely together
With never a false word,
Weal and woe, wish and real,
Woven each together
From first kiss to last breath
First and last whispered in love

Only exquisite rings and amulets give you big CE spells like invis, if that's what you're looking for and I think they did that for a reason. Oh drain health is the opposite of restore health.

So explain to me why you would use Drain Health CE on self?

nope.

you can make a constant effect ranged damage spell...i once made a ce damage health range...

however, while worn it doesn't do anything, but once you take off the item, and equip it again, it will fire a single bolt of magic...then take of, equip again...it works, but not well.. :p

urm...damage health is the opposite of restore health...

drain only temporarily drains a target's health..if you cast the spell on a target, it will regain the health lost over time...

damage health will deplete the number of hit points a target has until the target uses regeneration, or heal spell or just rests...

why would you want a ce drain health??? well, slave bracelets have a ce drain health..

normally you wouldn't...at all... :p :p :p

I don't think the health lost is temporary. It' drains their health for the duration of the spell. It will stop draining after the spell is over. You don't get your health back after the spell is finished. Slave bracers have drain magicka you can try out, it does the same only with drain magicka instead of health.

If thats the case, shouldnt you just put Drain Health into a Cast on Strike Weapon?
