How do I enchant my stuffs with Constant Effect?

You must have a soul with a value of over 400, Ascended Sleepers, Golden Saints, Almalexia, and Vivec are all legit. Grand soul gems can hold Ascended Sleepers or Golden Saints, Azura's star holds anything.

I read something about that, but I misunderstood it and thought I could use Winged Twilight souls too.

I thought you could for a while too. Also if you soul drap Seela or whatever that golden saint on the island with the holy woman that Azura sends you to is called, his/her soul can be used.

out of intrest, i can usually succesfully capture golden saints but on occasion the soultrap spell wears off too quickly, can they like dispel the soultrap effect?

Golden Saints do have a dispel spell, i've seen them cast it to get rid of soultrap. fair enough really, i wouldnt want my soul enslaved by some crazy weirdo
