You're a real details man aren't you? Unfortunely I can't be much more specific.
Ashalmawia, Shrine, Sunken Vaults is the location of a Deadric War Axe, and the Deadric Battle Axe is in Iber-Dad. (with a lot of other Dadric loot I might add.... Ask for directions from some of the wizer forum members as to the locations of these shrines.

BTW have you considered a Stalhrim Axe? Might be nice, after all , thier weapons do seem to annihate anything foolish enough to get in my way....
