Why Irenicus looks like this?

In the last movie , Jon looks like that his uniform-hood ( what ever it is) is stitched on his face . On the advertising poster (in the one that he is sitting , and looks like skeptical) it seems like that his face is like a mask , and it is stitched on his face !Any thought about this ?

The end movie is very cool and epic , irenicus awesome , and the music theme Just GREAT!!

It also "on my poster" Looks like hes wearing some type of plate armor! that's not fair, my mage cant wear BVD armor and he can wear plate. humph! Anyone notice how in game he looks like a guy from Mortal Combat. just my 2&cent's

Jon Irenicus is a twisted, demented bastard who, like his sister, does not have good taste in clothing.
Perhaps was his wardrobe that made him what he is.
