I have Tales of the Sword Coast installed and just finished the Werewolf isle quest, and went to friendly arm to man my base of operations. I am trying to pool my NPC's here. I left Kahlid and Jeheira here on the second floor and when I came back they were gone. Anybody know where I can find them now?
I see Jeheira's loyality fading.
Also where is Branwen. I finished the cloakwood and she has since found me as a Loki-spawn.
If I have to go back to an older save I will, but I like what little there is of role playing. Thanks
I'll make mine Ulgoth's Beard!!!!!

I wish that were always true but, Kahlid and Jeheria would not stay if I dropped Jeheria from the party first. They would stay if I dropped Kahlid(?) first. But soon thereafter they would leave with Jeheria mumbling something like she was to good for me or something? Go figure?
Same thing with Branwen she stayed but when I ask her to join she said "you are no more Honorable than the Loki-scum I left Behind" She leaves. I think but not sure, she comes back and does it over and over?? Not sure about that.
Any sugestion or tips would still be helpful, thanks

I think what is happening is your reputation is too high. When your rep hits 19-20, even neutral characters dont want to stick around, so if you dismiss them from your party, they leave for good instead of staying where you dumped them.
Try this as a test.
1. save your game
2. dismiss Jaheira or another Neutral alignmed part member, read their dismissal dialogue
3. Reload your game and kill a peasant to lower your reputation down to 9-10 (all alignments are neutral here)
4. Now dismiss Jaheria or a neutral party member, the dismissal dialogue should be completely different and they should stay where they are.
I know this doesnt fix your problem if you are trying to find Jaheira, because she is gone for good, but in the future, if you have neutral or evil party members, you cant get your rep too high (19-20) and kick them out of the party. Try stealing on occasion and getting caught. Your rep will take a small hit, so you can keep it at 17-18, parties of all alignments should handle that.

Sometimes when NPCs run away, they'll be back a few days later in the spo where you dismissed them. I haven't been able to detect a consistent pattern, and I'm not sure why it happens.
For example, in one of my games I left Khalid and Jaheira in Beregost and did the Nashkel Mine quest without them. (They stayed there when I dismissed them; they didn't run off.) When I returned to Beregost, they were gone. I thought they might have left because I did "their" quest (the Nashkel Mines) without them. But a few days later when I came back to Beregost, they were back.
Here's a suggestion. Save your game, then take your party to another area. Rest once or twice just to kill some time. Then return to the spot where you dismissed your NPCs and see if they're back. It can't hurt to try.

I think Garrick will just leave when you turn him down. This goes for all npc's.
If you wanted Garrick, you should have done the Silkie 'quest' later, or do the Silkie thing, let Garrick join, then drop him from your party. He would've waited for you at exactly that spot.
The drawback is that he wouldn't gain any xp while you're off adventuring. If you were to kick him out while he's, say, lvl 3, when you'd come back he'd still be lvl 3.
