Telvanni Stronghold question

Telvanni Stronghold question

Hi all, I'm a Wizard in the Telvanni, and I read that if you become Master you can't advance further, so I'm wondering if my stronghold will advance even if I don't choose Master, but to become a Magister instead?

I think it will, but I've always gone all the way, so I'm not 100% sure. Why not go all the way?

Coz there is a bug with the unpatched version, that you can't choose if you want to wait for Magister instead of becoming Master. I would like to have the patch, but the download of the european patch doesn't seem to work for me.
