Infact, I must admit, I have been playing MW for only a month, and I am still very happy with it, though, I find it a bit static, NPCs that just stay there waiting for you to talk to them, no real fights between guilds (thives guild and Morrantong guilds hate eachother, than why don't they kill one another).
Above all this, though, the game, as it is, is huge, the versatility of the player is very advanced, the fact that a person can just live (and do what ever he wants) is very "realistic".
Of course, I suppose no one would hate if the game had political and sociological aspects, people that interact with one another in a "real" way, and so on, and so forth.
Though, it would be THE Game, and only a MMOL (massive multiplayer online) can guarantee such liberty of action.

If only there was some kind of person or group that made mods for money. That way I could pay them to make me a custom face or maybe add some stuff. I dunno. I guess I really can't make a plug-in myself. I have absolutely no idea how the editor works. I'm always afraid to mess things up :(
