Paladin constitution help

Post by PatrickC »

Now that i have your undivided attention... (I know. i know. it was a dirty trick) :D
(don't kill me!please!*crouches and starts whimpering*)
It's a great Game!! a great Game!!

But...My question is as follows: a paladin with 19 Constitution moves up to level 10...how is it possible that i only received 3 more hit points?? from 125hp to 128hp??? I thought a 19 const. gave 5 additional hitpoints for a warrior class?? (hmm...maybe i should pull out that handy editor...)

any reply would be much appreciated.

I'll give you a 2nd chance.
You only go up 3 hp, because after reching lv.9 all classes level up with fewer hp.
So for the rest of the game you'll only get +3.
Its made to prevent lv 20 warriors from having 300hp.
Warriors get +3hp.
The other classes get +1, IIRC.

I am going to ask you to change the name of your topic. I suggest it's done before Buck, or Fable catch wind of it...

Also, try reading other recent topics as this was asked a day or two ago.

@Jon, if you waste people's time by posting "sensational" topic titles just to pose questions about something else, I'm sure you can find boards that will accomodate. This one won't. Please, don't do it again.

I also changed the name of your topic, to more properly reflect its contents.

To the Righteous belong the fruits of violent victory. The rest of us will have to settle for warm friends, warm lovers, and a wink from a quietly supportive universe.

Because she is multi class, she is getting HP for both her Druid class, and fighter class.

Then a multiclass character would end up with more hitpoints than a single-class one, right?

no. For multi classes the hit points equals the hit points gained divided by the number of classes, i guess...

btw, what was the so talked about first topic of this subject? I'm VERY curious :D
Being an Evil Overlord seems to be a good career choice. It pays well, there are all sorts of perks and you can set your own hours. However every Evil Overlord I've read about in books or seen in movies invariably gets overthrown and destroyed in the end. I've noticed that no matter whether they are barbarian lords, deranged wizards, mad scientists or alien invaders, they always seem to make the same basic mistakes every single time. Therefore, if I ever happen to become an Evil Overlord, ...
