Has anybody tried this? The documentation is cryptic. It's supposed to let you scribe spells by making your own paper, but it doesn't say who teaches you this, or where you find out.

I always wondered about paper in the game. It seems to me that you should be able to copy any scrolls you have. That would be cool.

Well, supposedly, Inscription does this. But it doesn't explain anything about the process, and I rather figured that, since it operated as a skill, and required you to actually make paper, it would. Odd.
