We'll use a cardboard cut-out of Aqua-Chan..... with a string tied to her hand so we can make it look like she's waving to him.... He'll be distracted for hours, I tell you!

When I said black outfits, I was thinking of cat-burglar attire - turtle necks and jeans and sneakers. Leave it to you to think of wearing spandex and leather with stilettos....
