Your favorit part of the game!

Post by Julian »

This thread may will contain spoilers!

So what is your favorit part of thegame? Either whole chapters, a area, or maybe just a single fight.

As for me it was teh cold marshes, thats where I for the first really got to use all teh skills of all my pc's. Especially when I got my wizard and sorcerer to work good together, one casting fireball and the other one casting invisibility :D

Everything goes as favorit part of the game

Shaengarne River. Nice outdoor areas. Also, the Fell Wood, because of its PNP feel.

Me, I'd have to say: *SPOILERS!*

- Battle at the Targos Palisade. Lovely music, and it just looks like total chaos.

- Shaengarne Bridge. You have to fight off the monsters AND keep the bridge from being destroyed. Decent music as well.

- Drider Caves. Danger at almost every turn.
Dungeon Crawl Inc.: It's the most fun you can have without 3 midgets and a whip! Character stats made by your's truly!

Shaengarne Bridge--it was early in the game but felt pretty epic and the first couple of times thru were pure hell for my pc's. it was really hard to win through without allowing the bridge to be destroyed. Good scripting and a great massive battle-free for all. Nothing improves the day like destroying a horde of critters.
I also like dthe Guardian/Black dragon. It was very challenging. When I got the game, my guard unit had just been activated and I did not beat the dragon until somewhere in Iraq and I felt pretty cool kicking draconian ass in Iraq. It's nice to take a break from a real FPS and go fantasy role playing.
