Insanity vs Stasis Field

Post by Demorant »

Are these skills much different from each other? I am just assuming that these skills are mirrors of each other one being more friendly to the light side (kinda) and one being just down right mean.

Yes they are basically mirrors of one another, however there are some small differences.

1. The fear line can affect multiplee opponents on tier 2 (horror), whilst the stun line has to wait for stasis field.

2. When considering immunities the fear line is affected by immunity fear, whilst the stun line is affected by immunity stun or paralysis (stasis).

One thing to note is that those immune to mind effects are not affected by Insanity but can be affected by Stasis.

I find stasis field better because as Jeremiah pointed out there isn't anything that will make you totally immune to stasis field.
