Unable to Level-up (Level 1 Monk)

When I try to level up with my level 1 monk, the level up screen throws me into the "feats" screen, but will not allow me to drag a feat over or complete the level up process.

What gives? is there a work-around that will allow my monk to gain his level 2 status like all his buddies?

At level 2 the monk gains a bonus feat. He/she must select either "combat reflexes" or "deflect arrows."

I would guess that if you select one of those two feats, you will be able to continue with the level up.
