Anyway, I'm now stuck on a coupla things... First off, I'm building raven rock, & I'm trying to find some silver swords for falco. Problem is, the Constans-chick I'm trying to find is nowhere to be seen! What gives?
I got other questions too, but I'll have to get back to them later...
Silver swords? I only remember one quest like that, I'm guessing you're quite far into the Raven Rock quests right? If not then I'm not sure whats going on, if you are I think you have to speak to the guy outside the negative prat's office.

Yeah, I'm pretty far into it...
He tells me to find Constans A-something, and get the shipment of silver swords that Craius (sp?) is holding back from the colony. I've been looking all over frostmouth (curtain wall, general goods, imperial cult, armory), the docks and the surrounding area. No luck finding her...
Any suggestions?
PS: What's the negative prat office? Am I looking in the wrong place? Is that in Raven Rock?
Constans Atrius is at Ft Frostmoth. IIRC, you can find him on the 2nd floor of the Imperial Cult Shrine.
