I'm playing the Sixth House mod, and I get to the quest where you need to recruit the new members, using the "new initates" option. But when I talk to either of the three people I don't get that option they all go from my trade to Orvas Dren. Is there anyway around this?

Have you tried opening it up in the construction set and saving it without making changes? This should ensure it takes precedence over any other mods you've got loaded, which may be effecting the dialogue.
There's nothing a little poison couldn't cure...

What happened here was the gradual habituation of the people, ... to receiving decisions deliberated in secret; to believing that the situation was so complicated that the government had to act on information which the people could not understand, or so dangerous that, even if he people could understand it, it could not be released because of national security.
