You'll have to 'Shock and Awe" Canada first, and those guys have made their reputations over being non-plussed and blasé. I think you'll have a hard time of it.

Well it's a waste of time as far as I'm concerned, but if they have nothing better to do then hate canada. It's more then fine be me. I could care less.

I don't think it's a rational thing. maybe he was bitten by a Canadian when he was a child, and has had an irrational hatred of them ever since?

Well, Tennessee (which is what I assume you mean by Rocky Flop) is a simple case. All we would have to do is create an automatic extradition treaty between Tennessee and Texas, and all the deadbeat dads and guys avoiding alimony would suddenly leave Tennessee, since 'all their ex's live in Texas.'

This would leave Tennessee effectively man-less - ripe for the pickin' for one equipped with a Golden Speedo!
