Also, is there a guide on how to achieve the different types of enchants? I can only do frost on weaps right now. Have it for a cleric and a wiz.

To enchant a weapon or armor it has to be Master work quality, you can get MW weapons and armor from the blacksmith in homlett after installing the C08 patch.
As for the different powers, for the flaming you need fireball, shocking you need lighting bolt, ETC. You also have to be a certain level. The best way to find out what the prereqs are would be to pick up the 3.5 DMG.
