Best weapon for a Druid?
If I choose an Elf Druid, can I use long swords and Long Bow?
Later on can I use a magical war hammer?
There doesn't seem to be any decent magical weapons for the druid class.
Any suggestions?

Your best bets are either a club, spear, or staff, to my knowledge. You could possibly go with a longsword, since I've read no reference to a druid being forbidden from using other weapons. Still, you'd want to go for a weapon that your Elf Druid is proficient in from either class or race.
Some time into the game, there is a well-known club with a strong amount of magic on it. Also, there is a magic spear on someone after that (wouldn't spoil who in case you haven't gotten far). There's also a +3 staff WAY late in the game. However, there are quite a few magic longswords and 2 magic longbows to be found, so if your Druid can use that with no problem, then you're made in the shade.
Whatever you do, you might want to be more careful with what armor your Druid is equipped with. If they're not wearing padded, leather, or hide armor, and a wooden shield (as in practically no metal at all), then your Druid will still be able to cast their spells. However, you should be get some text when you hover your cursor over an item to see if your Druid is forbidden from using it or not. Whether certain weapons are forbidden you may have to find out on your own, regrettedly. To be on the safe side, I wouldn't advise a magical war hammer for that reason.
Good luck, and happy trails.

I like using elves as wizards and clerics, etc... Just being an elf you have proficiency Longsword, rapier and and long/short Bows. The Longsword and longbow are better weapons than what are normal Druid weapons. The best weapon in the druid list are the scimitar, spear and quarterstaff - or in this game the longspear.

But there's one catch - are there any masterwork scimitars or longspears? I'm trying to remember if one of the merchants (You know who I'm talking about, right? Just don't want to spoil it for fishhead if the party hasn't gotten to Nulb yet) sells masterwork copies of those two weapons at any point.
.
AFAIK druids have the feats for some martial weapons - i.a. they can use a glaive ! (best non-unique weapon in TOEE from my point of view)
.
By non-unique, do you mean Exotic Weapons (example: Bastard Sword)?

I agree with silverdragon. The glaive is a great weapon for a druid. It lets you heal you melee fighters without getting attacked because you are able to attack at a distance. I think you get my point...

So I offer you respect, and it will take much for you to lose it. But if you do, if you choose to see it as weakness and seize upon your perceived advantage, well...perhaps I'll then let you talk with Guenhwyvar.

About this scimitar...
There is a scimitar.
I bought one in Homlet
I already made it +3 with shock and frost
Do you have one of the unofficial mods installed, such as Circle of Eight (Co8)? If so, you definitely can get multiple masterwork equipment in Hommlet.
unique weapons are weapons like fragarach or scather - means weapons with effects you can't reproduce yourself with the in TOEE available crafting feats

Well, what they'd actually be called could differ from person to person. Unique, artifact, etc.
