If I'm not mistaken Festule is the alchemist that appears in the Copper Coronet after Mazzy challenges the ogre to a duel in the pit. Give it to the ogre's girlfriend/barmaid and tell her its a love potion, but in fact it disables the ogre enough that Mazzy can kill him in the duel.
