Problem at Thieves Den exit

After i am done with the Thieves Den, i was to exit back to the Thieves Congregation but i couldn't. I clicked at the stairways to go up, then waits for it to load. Once the loading is done, the whole Lionheart programme shuts down. I have tried reinstalling the game, but it was still the same. What is wrong or what is it that i am suppose to do?

cant access into interplay.com

But how to download the patch? i cant get into the Interplay website. most of the other game websites are also directed to interplay.com to download the patch? are the any other recommended sites? Thanks a lot~!
