Where do I find Bhodi?

I assume 'Valen's Mistress' is Bhodi. Where do I find her when I first go the graveyard district?

Hi, once you are contacted and told to meet with her, your next visit to the graveyard at night the encounter will take place although you may need to to move into the graveyard a bit to trigger her.
