Raven Rock quest *possible spoiler*

For some time now, I've been aiding in the construction of the colony at Raven Rock. So one day I walk up to Falco and ask for an assignment and he says they found something blocking the production of the mine. Falco tells me to go to talk to some Nord (Graring or Fraring or something that rhymes with daring) to get tools to remove the stuff blocking the mine. I found the guy after wandering for a while and all he says is "We'll have no dealings with the likes of you! Begone!" What do I do to get him to talk to me? I'm already friends with the skall (still "restoring their power" though, if that has anything to do with it) and I can't think of any other reasons why he wouldnt talk to me, so if anyone could give me a hand, it would be apreciated.

As soon as you get to his camp & talk to him, he'll tell you to leave. Then, a second later, his camp gets attacked. Kill the intruders & he'll be your best buddy...

There's a glitch where the attacker is stuck behind some rocks by the camp and isn't actually attacking. She is actually very nice to you but you have to kill her, then Graring and friends will talk!

i dont know about anybody else, but they never got attacked in my game. the attacker just stood by the river until i got pissed off at the world and destroyed everyone in the area with a few well placed spells. then it said "i have killed fraring's attacker' or something like that.... excpet fraring was dead. so i loaded the last game, rekilled her, and he would talk to me.
