Imagining Korgan as a Suiter
BS and I were chatting about that time-honoured forum topic... the overall lack of romance choice for female characters in the original game (mods not included here). So this led to a conversation about the various options the game developers might have provided.... and bizarre as it may seem, Korgan's name popped up.

Hmm, Korgan might get lost in the covers...
which would be real sad.... it would turn out to be an awkard situation and ruin the romance.. if Im not makin sense... its cause im very tired...

Korgan in a romance?! I don't care that he's a Dwarf, but he's one of the few NPC's whose alignment is actually correct!! I mean, as much as I like the guy, he is really and truly, chaotic evil. Psycho. He's Wolverine on a bad day on crack. And you wanna ROMANCE this guy??
DW, relax. Stay calm. Everything is going to be all right. We are all here to help you. Just go with he guys in the white jackets. And take the red pill.

Korgy, oh, when are you gonna love me? Dont you like me cause I've lost my wings, right?
Nay, Aerie, I'm kinda all but blood and sweat and suffer. Come and taste my axe!!!
I mean, Korgy is pathetic enough when he shuts up his big mouth... (even thouhg funny). Come on guys, we dont need an evil Anoweenie here!
DW, I'd ask Fable to close this thread but... but...
It is funny

You'd probably hear a lot of dirty words (Those that can be said in the game without censorship, mind you.) and a lot of single-mindedness to dish out. RP-wise, I'd doubt he'd be one to turn over a new leaf, like some NPCs (Not going to spoil for the sake of some reading this who haven't found out yet.) are bound to do. Besides, the quest he gets as a romance might be filled with the copious shedding of the cold-hearted blood of former companions (or old enemies, for that matter), anyways. This Dwarf never has friends, even among the party, just people he can take advantage of.
To think that they couldn't come up with a good- or neutral-aligned Dwarf NPC anyways?

@Coot,
Actually.. during that conversation it wasn't me who came up with Korgan's name
@Luis Antionio,
I had not been sure whether I should put this thread here or in SYM.
Eventually I figured I'd at least open it here, and if Fable wants to move it over there I don't mind.

Nay, I like it here !
Lets spam some...
Can you immagine a child from Korgy and Aerie?
A flying mad dwarf?
I mean, Jaheira wont like him, Viconia will kill him on two days, Mazzy could be suited if she was not a paladin, Edwina could become Edwin again, Chloe is kinda harder to reach, so IMO Aerie is the only possible choice, cause she is Avariel, likes small folk, and... well, it will be the funniest relationship of all. (except perhaps one between anomen and Jan, but thats up to BS)

Well, since female dwarfs have beards, which makes them look like guys - I don't think Korgan would mind any of the women in BG2. I think the women would mind him a bit though.
Aerie 1: I would think be too fragile for this dwarf and 2: Aerie doesn't really like Korgan, well at all. Their alignments conflict too much. Korgan is attracted to Mazzy, that is right, but again, their alignments would conflict. Korgan is attracted to her because she might be able to beat him up.
The only one would could possibly work is with Viconia. She may be hard to get because she *only* likes big men, but I think Korgan is kinda big... well not tall rather horizontally. Anyways they are both evil(they like killing n' stuff) so either it will work out or they will flay each other. o,o

Yeah, that might work until he viciously kills a party member on "accident". I don't think korgan would just be the kind of char to get in a relationship in the first place, I mean, he's a bloodthirsty beserking dwarf who doesn't get along with anyone and has a habit of accidently whacking his party members with an axe
