Kill lots and lots of dremora lords. One of them's carrying it. Of course, this means you have to fight a dremora lord who's using a daedric dai-katana, but that shouldn't be *too* difficult. Unless he knocks you down. Which will most likely happen. Probably twice. If you live that long.

save it before you go into ald sotha, what a dremora carries is randomized, so keep loading it over and over ntil the daera has the dia katana... it takes a while, but for 120 thousand gold its worth it, no? also this is kind of a spoiler for morag tong, but there are some very special things down there, dont sell anythign with the name 'sanguine' in it....

hehehe. i kinda gathered that 1. so if i have a reguard avec 84 longblade skill and stregth 84, and apply adrenaline rush using an ebony longsword it should be do-able?? do i have to keep leaving and going back in??

I dont understand what you mean... you should be able to kill the people pretty easily, but there are some nasty poeple in there, so make sure you are carrying some quality or exclusive restore healths... but then you should always carry those. ya i would say its a pretty easy kill. ok since i didnt get your question, ill explin agian. save it before you go into ald sotha. when you go it, kill the dremora lords (if you cant find any, steal from the alter in front of the statues, a dremora lord always appears when you do that) and if they dont have the dia-katanas, then load the saved game, and kill the dremora, and then do it over and over until you find a dia-katana. simple as that. good luck!

well... what i meant was would i be able to kill mr "i have a daedric dai-katana" with a redguard, strength 90, longblade skill 96 (i played some more today)

i played today and just kept entering and leaving the shrine, and random dremora lords kept respawning, will one of them eventually have the daedric dai-katana (hereby abbreviated to ddk)

oh yes, you hsould have no problem at all, and yes eventually one should have a DDK... lol.
