Can't beat Thorasskus- help!

We can't figure it out, we're all level 13-14 characters: a cleric, sorcerer, wizard, druid and bard/rogue...and we can't harm Thorasskus.

Tried everything, melee, arrows, all of the nasty spells we have and *nothing* touches Thorasskus!! (first encounter). No matter what, he seems invincible to all types of attack. Even tried Outilekke's Resilient sphere (sp?) to hold him, but it fails. We tried to lower his resistance, finger of death, ice storm, suffocation, area attacks, color spray, disintegration, acid fog etc., we've run out of options- he is constantly "uninjured". Any advice?

Have you poisoned the water? You may need to. (I always poisoned it, so I'm not sure what effect not poisoning it has.) He may be drawing energy from the water, or somesuch. Seems to be a common theme in Black Isle games.

I dont think you can reach him without tainting the water, could be i'm mistaken though. In any case, this once again sounds like a standard bug if its not the tainted water option, so i ask you: have you installed the latstes patch?

We finally beat Thoraskus!! We restored the game and tainted all the water. Previously, we did not get some of the dialogue options (about Izbellah)...this time after the dialogue he finally revealed himself. When we were stuck, we were fighting this invincible toddler from hell who was supposedly Thoraskuss!!

One of us also had drinken the sabotaged histachi brew, but I doubt that was the reason (it was fun though

)

p.s. we do have the latest patch

See thats weird i killed thekorus no prob without tainten the water.....because i dont know how

. Could some1 tell me how to poison it?

Did you get the wyvern tails? If you put one in the western most alchemy bench and pull the lever (in the previous chamber) it should produce a wyvern potion after about 30 seconds or so. What have you tried so far?
