how do i get rid of corpus disease on xbox morrowind
i've some how managed to get corpus disease before i am supposed to get it cured in the main quest n cant seem to find a way to cure it so any help would be great
corprus
I'm asuming that you tried a common disese potion , I read that these work , temples have those places you pay a donation to it may help also , Bal Ur is a Dedric Shrine but you would need to post where it is , but Bal Ur sends you to kill someone , I don't know if he will or not , but the father (Telvanni) in Tel Fyr near Tel Arhun the guy you go to may give it to you or you might even find some , although when I went I assume that it was not really a potion and just diolouge. Hope it helps . You can always go back to the last save before you got this , I always make two , just in case.

Spoiler To Pre-sixth House Base Players
so like darreha said, you ahve to go to tel fyr, *spoiler if you havent gotten to the sixth house base quest for the blades*
but didnt Caius tell you that already? did you contract it in the line of duty on the main quest? you cant get it cured until you do that, then talk to caius about it, then he will tell you he has heard of someone having a cure, then he tells you to go to tel fyr and talk to divath fyr, and so on and so forth until you get cured. potion for common disease doesnt work, at least not fo rme. oh and a hint, before you get cured! REST FOR A COUPLE DAYS!!! maybe even a week... there are side effects to corprus disease that are supposed to be good, I myself didnt know to wait but I have been told I should have.... hope it helps!

"He hoped and prayed that there wasn't an afterlife. Then he realized there was a contradiction involved here and merely hoped that there wasn't an afterlife."
SPOILER
If you have contracted corprus before receiving the previously mentioned blades quest in illunibi, I suggest you focus all your attention on the main quest until you get there. As far as I know you can only be cured once, and after that you're forever immune. The side effects of corprus include your attributes being drained (easily cured by restore spells and -potions), and your strength & endurance attributes going UP!
That's why corprus is only a problem when talking to people, but you shouldn't have to talk to too many people on your way to illunibi, depending on how far along you are. I always spend about a month or two of gametime while diseased before i cure myself in tel fyr, pumping up my physical stats to a juicy 150-200 before I go on...
