Hey everyone - sometimes when I get a level up I only go up 1 hit point, despite having a constituion of 16 (I'm a cleric). The NPCs I'm with have the same problem sometimes too. Reloading has no effect. Anyone run into this?

After level 9, characters only gain

After a certain level (IIRC 10 or 11) you only get 1-3 (Dependent on class) of HP per lvl. up
