A question about skipping quests and doing them later

I made yet another game in preperation of tob because Imessed up the jaheira romance in my previous game.I'm going straight to the main quest and skipping all sidequests .I imported my lv20 monk from a previous game though.It is possible right to do all the sidequests(imnesvale,trademeet,firkraag everyone ofthem)afterthe underdark?

Yes. Except those you need to get to Spellhood. Not sure about Bloodscalp's task, what class is it. You cannot avoid the Keep if you have Nalia - or she leaves no matter where you are.
Some inconsequences or bugs are possible altogether.
