Traps Are Stumping Me =P

Post by LA GemDrgnBabe »

How do I disarm the traps in the room where the 2 duergers were? I've tried everything I can think of & have even used a scroll of armor to try & disarm it, but, even Yoshimo the Bounty Hunter & Imoen can't disarm it. I keep getting the same message saying "Trap not disarmed" when either one of them try to disarm it. I've already killed the 2 duergers there, but, disarming these 2 traps in the middle of the floor is becoming a task in itself. =P Any help is appreciated! Thank you in advance! Happy New Year everyone! =)

I'm in the first level of the dungeon & traveled through the portal to get there. I got through the room where the mephit portals were, & went through the door at the end of that room to a longn hallway that went through a small room that had generators? & went through that door into a room where the 2 duergers were. I killed them both, but, I can't disarm those stupid traps. =P

You have got to place a key in the statues beside the wall ,there is 6 of them.

spoiler! =)

you can only disarm those traps with the 4 elemental keys. i never bothered and just walked around the traps, but i think you put them in the statues on the side of the room.

That one got me my first game too! Image Those wands you get are worthless anyway (few charges--none are even worth the cost of identifying them) but I usually disarm them so I can easily get a shot at killing that vampire.

They are not absolutly worthless. Sell them and re-buy them (for example at ribald). Now they are filled (if I remember right 50 charges).
One possibility to give a mage his wand of choice.
