Shadow thieves quest

Renal just asked me and my party to do that Maevor thing ( i have me (a lawful good monk,keldorn, aerie,Jaheira,minsc, and nalia) what effects would doing this have on our reputation and our partys relations and is the rewars worth it.....

No bad effects for your rep. Maevar is concidered a bit evil I guess.

yea but everytime i accept a quest from maevar one of the party members in my group complains..i dont want them to leave me

They won't leave you. Maybe just maybe it affects the romance but I never heard of something like that. Just do the quests.
The reward is worth it if your main is a thief. Or you need money.

Nah, they don't do anything, they just annoy you once and then stop complaining...I wonder what they'd say if I'd join up with Bodhi...oh well...

And i dont have a thief in my party how do i take the necklace?

when it is dark go to the temple of talos break open (or use the spell knock) the chest and take the necklace. You will get 20000 xp.
