Hi there I am new and need info on ghost in south hall

I am on my way to see the ashland tribe camp again .andI am in sadrith mora I believe, I am in the Inn that is haunted by the ghost in the south wing.I can kill it but it keeps coming back.I talked to the mouth up in the Telavani counsil tower and she didnt give me much info except that a mage with conjuring may be responsible.I hate leaving a quest unsolved any help?

If you can get up to Master Nelos' chamber, the guy right next to him will give you a helpful tip, if you ask him about Conjuration masters.

it was a woman? sometiems its so hard to tell in passing with a dark elf.
