Useful Gems/Jewelry help...

Post by justchris »

I have a gem bag full of very expensive gems\jewelry (500gp-1800gp) that I am afraid to sell because I may need it sometime in the future for a quest or an upgrade. Could someone write down any of the Gems\Jewelry that they know of that actually has a purpose (like the Bejuril or something like that has something to do with the summon berzerker horn, whatever that is called) I myself am just in chapter 2 so I am not very far into the game.

This topic seems to be a comon one. Most of the gems you can sell, but not all of them. Sadly, im not sure which one, or how you can tell the difference between the usefull, and the sell-able ones...
But i think you can sell ca 95% of the gems though....

I seem to remember that the rouge stone can be used to open a secret door in the bridge district. but again, i am not a good source at this one... havent come far myself, and got a nice bag of gems...

Just sell all your gems at a fixed place (adventurer mart perhaps). If at any time you think that you need a gem just go back to that place.

Although I was under the impression that most items you need for further quest cant be sold.

the twisted rune can be accessed from the void door beside the door to the lich tomb in the bridge district..just have a rogue stone in your pack..but know it eats all the rogue stones youre carrying..inside is a VERY tough figth and a staff of the magi, making it worth the figth

only a diamond and the beljuril is needed for the horn..the beljuril is gotten from the chicken quest in umar hills

Or (I'm getting repetetive here) as loot out of Fierkraags lair. In the cave with the Golems is a stash which also has a Beljuril gem.

And yes, the only gems you should hang on to are a Rogue Stone, a Diamond and a Beljuril. One of each should suffice.

The others serve no purpose, and you can sell them.
