I Killed Empathetic Impulse in Unseeing Eye Quest!!

Ummmm... I have managed to kill him. I just kept hitting him and he disappeared. Is there some way to get him to re-spawn so I can get the rod piece off of him? Any help to be had to mend my violent ways?

I dont think that he/she meant the emphatic demon but the overseer in that temple ruin. U know, that guy that gives you the rod after talking to him.

I did the same thing with my chaotic evil party and for as far as i know he disapears for ever. The only solution is reloading

I think he was referring to the "Demon" thaqt appears in the temple. I also hacked away at him and he dissapeared. How can you get him to come back. I would really like to finish thaT quest and get the rod...

Listen up you don't need the rod to kill him. Just hack him up it is really easy. get minsc with silver sword, keldorn with carosmyr and use any mage to lower resist him and magic missile him. the first time I went through the game I just went into there secret cult room and annhialated them. The unseeing eye comes out of the ground and attacks you in the room. But if you want more xp do it the long way. Also if you do this quest after the underdark just as you cross that bridge which gives you the riddles there will be 3 beholders and 3 Gauths. Also what pissed me off was I was running around the sewers when suddenly 3 gauths and 3 beholders spawned right in front of me. They were no problem but they sure are annoying.
