Book Of History of Zhantarim (spoiler) HELP!

oops, should have posted as a question last time...

HELP!

I need to find the book of Zhantarim for the quest given to you after you kill the tanner and get the human skin suit...I THINK You need this book to get the guy to make the skin into the Human Skin Suit +5 so where can I get this book?

when you go to umar village, there are four people standing next to the tavern. As you talk to the man with the warrior avatar he only sells books, one of which is "the history of the zhentarium". When you buy the book a dialogue starts re. the book. He will ask you a puzzle ( I can't remember the answer

) and ask for silver dragon blood (ie. off to the underdark we go).
