How to run in windowed mode?

Can someone please tell me how to run Fallout 2 in windowed mode please? I would really appreciate the advice.

It's a really old DOS game, it can't run in windowed mode. Same thing as Diablo and Starcraft, thoughI'm sure you can download some program to force it to a window (will take up HEAVY resources though, pray you have hyperthreading.)
