Hey does anyone know how to get to the top of Labelas Tower (spelling?)? Ive been on this for a while and I can't find it out. I even looked at walkthroughs and they say that the way is through third floor of Severash (spelling again?) tower on those stairs and a walkway somewhere? I cant find any of those things for the life of me and I have all parts of the machine...what do i do?

Its on the 3rd level of the severash tower, theres an arch to your left leading out onto a ledge
